Next Sangha Meeting Topic: Emptiness

Our next Sangha meeting is at 7pm at the St Philips Chapel in New Hope on April 4th, Wednesday. The topic will be "Emptiness". Feel free to bring readings, observations, poetry to share on this topic.

Day of Mindfulness: Hold the Date!

Old Path Sangha is planning a Day of Mindfulness to be held on May 5th, 2007 Saturday at the St Philips Chapel in New Hope, Pennsylvania. This is a free event (donations are appreciated but not required).

A Day of Mindfulness usually runs from around 10 am till 4pm and includes sitting meditation, walking meditation, dharma talk, mindful lunch, discussion, guided relaxation and other activities. We may follow with a potluck.
